Elene Gabelaia has 8-year experience of working with international organizations (Oxfam, East-West Management Institute, Penal Reform International, UN Women), including the projects funded by USAID, EU, Norwegian Government, and other donors. For several years, she worked on judiciary, penitentiary and probation reforms, as well as various projects in the area of agriculture, economic empowerment of women, etc.
In 2013, Elene got master’s degree in Business and Commercial Law in Rotterdam, Erasmus University, and in 2008-2010 studied on the faculty of International Law in Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA).
