Achievements:
The organization, in cooperation with Penal Reform International South Caucasus Office, conducted research on the Impact of a Criminal Subculture on the Management of a Penitentiary Institution.
The research report analysis local and international practices. Based on the research findings, recommendations on the steps to be taken from the governmental entities on a legislative level, as well as in practice, were developed. As a result of the advocacy, the awareness of the stakeholders regarding the scale of the problem and the ways to solve it has increased.
