Achievements:
Comparative analysis was drown out about the protection of personal data in the penitentiary and probation system;
Package of legislative amendment was elaborated regulating audio-video control mechanisms in the penitentiary system;
Corresponding principle was added to crime prevention strategy, were governmental agencies took responsibility on protection of child personal data in the penitentiary system. According this strategy, specific activities were reflected in the action plan;
Working group was created in the probation agency, that worked on draft normative act, regulating overall principles about registration and protection of personal data in the probation system.
